Can I connect two power stations of different colors?

Of course you can. Remember that the power stations must be on two different sides of the square.

Can I close an electric line using cards with segments of different colors?

Of course you can. Remember that the line must consist of at least four High Voltage Cards.

Can I connect two power stations using less than 4 High Voltage Card, naturally without to declare closed and calculate the score? If so, must I then also put an ENERGY TOKEN on each card of this electric line?

Of course you can. You can always connect two power stations using less than 4 High Voltage Cards, but you can NOT decleare closed the line. The line is not closed so you have not to put the Energy Token on each card because there is NO line.
